Annie Tuttle is a Health Policy Associate at Applied Policy, where she conducts health policy research and analysis for a range of clients, including provider organizations, with a focus on health services policy. She supports clients in navigating federal policy changes affecting traditional fee-for-service Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid, with an emphasis on coverage and reimbursement. Her work includes research and analysis related to models from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Center for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation (CMMI).

Annie produces the Northern Virginia Health Policy Forum, which regularly convenes thought leaders, including representatives from CMS and federal advisory commissions, to discuss critical health policy issues.

Before joining Applied Policy, Annie completed internships with Senator Mark Warner and Indegene. She holds a Master of Public Policy from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health and Public Policy from William & Mary.
