Lexi Hartranft, MPH, is a Health Policy Associate at Applied Policy, specializing in federal health policy and analysis.

Before joining Applied Policy, Lexi worked at the Government Accountability Office (GAO), where she supported audits of federal programs and procedures, including those at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). She also previously held research roles focused on community health and public health workforce needs. Her research contributions have been presented at the International Society of Behavioral Nutrition & Physical Activity (ISBNPA) Conference and published in the Journal of Public Health Management & Practice.

Lexi holds a Master of Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science from Roanoke College.
